San Diego Police need help finding a hit and run driver, who left a 79 year old man in critical condition.
It happened in Lincoln Park at Ocean View and South 47th Street last Sunday morning, May 27th, just before 5.
Police say a woman gong southbound on South 47th, hit a parked SUV.
A 79 year old man in her backseat was not buckled in and suffered head and neck injuries and is not expected to survive.
A man in the front seat suffered minor injuries.
The woman left the scene before police arrived, but there are photos of her from surveillance video.
She is black, in her 50's, and was wearing a long sleeve purple shirt with gray jeans with rips in them, black socks and no shoes.
Crime Stoppers is offering a thousand dollar reward for information leading to her arrest.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Traffic Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the driver that struck a parked vehicle in the Lincoln Park area of San Diego,causing major injuries to one of suspect’s passengers.
On May 27, 2018, at approximately 4:50 a.m., an unidentified adult female was driving a gray 2010 Mazda 3 southbound on the 500 block of S. 47th Street, in San Diego.
The female made a move to the right and struck an unoccupied parked SUV.
The collision caused a 79-year-old male passenger, who was sitting unrestrained in the back seat of the Mazda, to be thrown forward striking the front passenger’s seat.
A 39-year-old male passenger who was sitting in the front passenger’s seat suffered minor injuries.
The female driver got out of the Mazda and walked away from the scene before police arrived. Medics transported the 79-year-old male to a local hospital for multiple major head and neck injuries.
This male is not expected to survive his injuries.
Suspect’s Description:The suspect is described as a Black female, in her 50’s, wearing a long sleeve purple colored shirt, gray jeans with multiple rips in them, black socks and no shoes.
