Free Seminar On Granny Flats Thursday, June 14th

If you are interested in possibly building a granny flat on your property, there is a forum  on the various laws and regulations involved. This Thursday, June 14th, from ten am to noon, city and state officials will share information on the laws in the cities of San Diego and Chula Vista.

It's free and presented by the South County Economic Development Council.

It will be held at the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors; 880 Canarios Court, Suite 100; Chula Vista, 91910.

Press Release Join SCEDC to learn how to take advantage of new state and local laws regarding affordable housing Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) at the 2018 San Diego County ADU Status Forum. 

In an effort to educate homeowners about the various laws and regulations of San Diego, Chula Vista and California, experts in various fields will share important information on why these laws are beneficial and how to benefit from them.  

San Diego County homeowners, architects, builders, housing advocates, and realtors are invited to learn more about how to take advantage of ADUs, dismiss myths and misconceptions and understand how the jurisdictions of San Diego County approach it.
