San Diego Police say they have identified the man responsible for a murder on West Point Loma Boulevard earlier this month.
A woman was shot and killed late Tuesday night the ninth.
Police say they are looking for 41 year old Joe Conway. He's a black male, 5'7, 150 pounds.
He was wearing a dark blue button down shirt, black pants, and sandals.
He was driving a red colored 4-door Chevrolet Cavalier (similar to the one pictured below) possibly with Arizona license plates.
The woman has been identified, but her name hasn't been released.
