Helen Horvath is a candidate for the 50th Congressional District seat now held by Republican Rep. Duncan Hunter.
She says she is running as an independent. She holds a Doctor of Organization Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and also a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with sub-specialties in Marriage and Family Therapy (certificate), art therapy, and play therapy. She has 22 years experience as a federal employee.
