A Ukrainian plane carrying 176 passengers and crew crashed near the airport in Tehran, killing all aboard.
Ukraine's foreign ministry confirmed that everyone aboard the Boeing 737 died, after it came down shortly after takeoff from Imam Khomeini International Airport in the Iranian capital.
