10 Year Old Girl Who Invented "Hug Curtain" for Grandparents

A 10 year old Riverside girl's answer to not being able to hug her grandparents during the pandemic is getting a lot of attention.

Paige Okray apparently didn't want to settle for virtual hugs with her grandmother and grandfather, but knowing that senior citizens are a greater risk if they become infected with COVID-19, she came up with a solution, with a little help from her mom who's a nurse.

Paige calls it a "hug curtain". Like the name implies, it's a shower curtain fitted with plastic sleeves through which she can put her arms and actually embrace her grandparents without making direct physical contact. Not quite the same but not bad during a pandemic.
