Many will wonder what the cops were thinking when they watch the video.
The two police officers in Buffalo, New York, are being criticized by other police and have been suspended without pay.
The video shows the officers shoving the 75 year old man to the ground during a protest. Not surprisingly, the Buffalo Police Commissioner ordered the suspension of the officers involved in the incident and called the video "deeply disturbing."
With everything that has happened, many are indeed probably asking, what were they thinking? Being a cop is a dangerous job and is not easy, but it also demands a selective search and evaluation of those who want to go into law enforcement and it demands accountability. And every good cop out there, and that's the vast majority of them, probably agree.
