As cases of COVID-19 continue to rise throughout the nation, Rite Aid drugstores announced that they are expanding their COVID-19 testing capacity with 161 new test sites, including five in San Diego County.
Rite Aid has partnered with Verify to use its Baseline COVID-19 Program to provide screening, scheduling, and return of results to participants at Ride Aid testing sites. Testing is available to anyone 18 years of age or older.
The five San Diego Rite Aid locations offering drive-thru testing (by appointment) include:

- FALLBROOK
1331 South Mission Road, Fallbrook
- LEMON GROVE
7224 Broadway, Lemon Grove
- OCEANSIDE
1201 South Coast Highway, Oceanside
- VALLEY CENTER

During Wednesday's COVID-19 briefing by the San Diego County Department of Health, the number of cases reported in San Diego County is 21,446 with a total of 448 deaths. The most impacted age groups is persons 20-29 years old, who represents 24.8% of all cases.
