San Diego County on Sunday reported 279 new coronavirus cases and a positive test rate of 3-percent with 8 of the new cases connected to San Diego State. More than 1,000 cases have been reported by SDSU since the Fall semester began on August 24th. There was one new community outbreak reported, at an unspecified business.
