It's amazing this sports anchor wasn't hurt. The closest I ever came to an on air injury in TV news was during a live BBQ segment when I was an anchor in South Texas. The chair I was sitting in suddenly collapsed on camera!! I tumbled backward and started laughing so hard I couldn't get up! Hey, stuff happens!!
