U.S. officials on Saturday said 11 Marines, a Navy Corpsman and an Army soldier were killed in the suicide bomb blast and terrorist attack on Thursday near the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Nine of the Marines were based at Camp Pendleton as well as a Navy corpsman who was killed. There were 18 members of the military who were wounded. In all, the attack claimed at least 170 lives, including children. Hundreds were injured.

Sgt. Nicole L. Gee was assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 24, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Sgt. Johanny Rosariopichardo was assigned to 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Naval Support Activity Bahrain.
For the Navy, the deceased is:
