A Twenty-four-year-old was working out in the gym in her Florida apartment building when a man knocked on the door. She assumed he was another resident who wanted to work-out, so she let him in. After she let him in, he attacked her. Nashali Alma is a competitive bodybuilder and she was able to fight him off. the attacker, Xavier Thomas-Jones, was arrested the next day. Turns out, he also lives in the same building as Alma. Thomas-Jones is charged with sexual battery, false imprisonment, burglary, and kidnapping.
