Twelve vote centers in San Diego County are now open through Election Day, Nov 7tjh for in-person voting in special elections for county District 4 supervisor, for Chula Vista city attorney and on the future of two North County water districts.
The vote centers are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Election Day, when they and 10 other vote centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Ballot drop boxes around the county are also now open.
In District 4, voters will be choosing between San Diego City Councilmember Monica Montgomery Steppe and activist Amy Reichert in a special runoff election for supervisor to replace Nathan Fletcher
In Chula Vista, voters will elect a city attorney. And in the Fallbrook Public Utility District and Rainbow Municipal Water District, residents will vote on ballot measures that would allow the two North County water districts to separate from the San Diego County Water Authority.
