An 11-year-old boy in Minden, Louisiana, has confessed to the fatal shootings of former city councilman and interim mayor, Joe Cornelius Sr., 82, and his daughter, Keisha Miles, 31. The incident occurred on Sunday (September 1) morning, with police responding to a call about two bodies in a house. Both victims were found dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
The boy, who is related to the victims, was brought to the police station by a guardian, where he confessed to the crime.
