Starting Sunday, May 1, 2022 anyone 18 and under can ride all transit in San Diego County for free, including the bus, Trolley, COASTER, and SPRINTER.
The Youth Opportunity Pass pilot program is funded by SANDAG, with support from the County of San Diego, to make transit accessible for youth. The pilot program is designed to connect youth to schools, jobs, entertainment, and more and will continue through June 2023.
