The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch are known for their colorful blooms of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus which cover the 50-acre field east of I-5 every year. But this year the growers are bringing their season to a close with a 5-acre patch of sunflowers!

The growers say their "Sea of Sunflowers features all colors, shapes, and sizes - some sunflowers are as big as small moons and others over 12’ high! Access to the sunflower field is included with the price of admission for the ranunculus.

The blooms won't last much longer, so make plans to visit the Fields by Sunday, May 8, 2022. After that, they will be closed until next spring.

The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch are open daily from 9am to 6pm through May 8. Admission prices vary by age and tickets must be purchased in advance at TheFlowerFields.com.
