Why Some Are Worried Even More About Wars

Every day it seems these days we are waking up to news about wars and rumors of wars.

There’s the war between Israel and Hamas and now all the talk of a brewing war between Israel and Iran and even Iran starting a war against the U.S.

In Ukraine, the war that Russia started more than two years ago goes on and on along with the warning from the Ukrainian president that without more weapons and ammunition from the U.S and other allies, they could lose the war.

And in Congress, a war of words is growing over funding for Ukraine and Israel and a war of politics rages on between a small group of hard right Republicans and the Speaker of the House.

And with this being a big presidential election year, the political war between those on the left and those on the right, has heated up and will be heating up even more as November nears.

And with all of this happening, probably the last thing we needed to stir up the political pot even more is a new film that was number one at the box office last weekend. The movie's title is "Civil War".

A futuristic and very violent story about what could happen in the United States if the states were to become divided again as they were in the real Civil War more than 150 years ago.

The film has sparked social media posts from some who saw it saying it worried them and even scared them.

Probably not surprising given all the news about the wars that we’re already worried about.
