Artificial intelligence or AI, is now at the center of a lot of debates and controversy.
Is it good or is it bad? And how do we use it to help us and not hurt us?
A new book is out that makes the argument that we’ve become too dependent on AI at the expense of our natural real intelligence, 'R-I' as he calls it.
The author is urging a return to nurturing our human minds which he says are made to be far more powerful and longer lasting with proper care.
As he puts it, “Your brain-mind is the highest-value asset you have or will ever have. Increase its potential and longevity he says by caring for it early in life and keeping it and your body healthy so it can continue to develop.”
Among the steps he recommends to boost your R-I include taking afternoon naps, reading out loud, playing brain games and setting aside one day a week for true relaxation.
And he also suggests that reducing the use of your smartphone is a smart idea that can improve your brain’s real intelligence. Something to think about.
