The CHP is investigating a bizarre road rage incident in the North County.
Cell phone video shows a man out of his car arguing with a driver inside an SUV in the fast lane of Highway 78. At one point, the man spits into the car and starts walking back to his car. The SUV then starts to move towards the man and clips the backside of a car causing the SUV to flip over on its side, while the man drives away. It's unclear what sparked the violence, but the CHP wants to talk to those involved.
