The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has voted to join the fight against California's sanctuary laws.
The 3-1 vote means the County will sign on to the federal lawsuit against the State, though the timing will mean that San Diego will join once an appeal is made.
Supervisors Kristin Gaspar, Dianne Jacob, and Bill Horn voted to support the action, with Greg Cox voting no, and Ron Roberts absent.
Chairwoman Gaspar joined KOGO News right after the vote.
