SAN DIEGO - The family of a missing Chula Vista mother is not giving up the search just yet.
Community members and friends joined the search for Maya Millete on Sunday near the Southwest Little League fields in the Tijuana River Valley. The family is still organizing search parties like this as often as possible in hopes of eventually bringing closure to her three children.
Maya was last seen on January 7th, 2021 and is presumed dead; her body has yet to be found. Her husband Larry is behind bars on suspicion of her murder.
