ENCINITAS - Two men in the North County are now behind bars after Sheriff's Deputies find drugs and guns in their apartment.
32-year-old Luc Sutter was arrested on drugs and weapons charges Thursday. He's the roommate of 25-year-old Ryan Lander, who was arrested back on January 9th after he called authorities and claimed he had found several dead bodies in his apartment in Encinitas.
Sheriff's Deputies did not find anyone in the apartment, but instead found dozens guns in plain sight, along with metal knuckles, body armor, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Lander was also arrested on drugs and weapons charges.
