SAN DIEGO - Another San Diego-based law enforcement officer has been arrested.
San Diego Police Officer Martin Palma-Castorena was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in Temecula earlier this month. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department says the officer's arrest was an isolated incident and not related to a fight.
Palma-Castorena's arrest follows the arrests of two San Diego County Sheriff Deputies on suspicion of public intoxication after a bar fight in Ramona and the arrests of two more Sheriff's deputies on drug charges over the past month. The San Diego Police Department has not commented on the officer's arrest.
