SAN DIEGO - California Attorney General Rob Bonta discussed the outcome of a recent human trafficking sting operation in San Diego Tuesday.
Bonta met with local law enforcement and members of the San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force. It's part of an effort to highlight the latest state and local efforts to combat the exploitation of women and minors including the results of Operation Better Pathways.
A total of 41 victims and survivors were identified, including eight children, the youngest being 13. They were all offered supportive services, including counseling. 48 arrests were made over the course of the operation.
