A pair of websites that appear to be for senate candidates are actually pointing visitors in another direction
If you Google Barbara Lee and you see BarbaraLeeforSenate.com come up, you might think its the campaign site for the longtime congresswoman. But when you click the link, it actually takes you Adam Schiff's website for his official bid for the Senate seat currently held by Dianne Feinstein.
The Times of San Diego reports the same goes for KatiePorterforSenate.dot.com: you end up on Schiff's site.
Turns out both sites are registered to a company out of Denver called Domain Protection Services Incorporated. The Schiff campaign said it did not buy the domains and is asking whoever owns them to stop forwarding to Schiff's site.
