Reward Offered in Case of Flasher, Groper in University City

SAN DIEGO - A reward is now being offered to help identify a man who groped and flashed women as they jogged in University City.

At least five different incidents involving the same suspect have been reported in recent weeks. San Diego Police officers say in three of the cases, the man followed the women and accosted them just outside their homes. Police say the incidents have happened near La Jolla Community Park, Doyle Community Park and Nobel Athletic Park.
