When it comes to the most overweight cities in the U.S. San Diego ranks near the bottom.
That's according to a study just out from financial site wallethub.
Honolulu ranks at the very bottom, while Little Rock, Arkansas was at the top. San Diego came in 84th.
The study looked at physical inactivity, diet and the number of cases of diabetes. It also found "nearly 42% of U.S. adults are obese. Unfortunately, the extra pounds have inflated the costs of obesity-related medical treatment to approximately $190.2 billion a year and annual productivity losses due to work absenteeism to around $4.3 billion."
