President Trump says the San Diego based USS Spruance attacked and seized an Iranian-flagged cargo ship trying to evade a naval blockage in the Strait of Hormuz.
On Truth Social, Trump said the 900-foot long ship named the TOUSKA tried to get past a Naval Blockade, and it did not go well for them.
He added the U.S. Navy Guided Missile Destroyer gave them fair warning to stop. The Iranian crew refused to listen, so our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engine room.
