A high speed chase ends with the arrest of people and police are looking into whether they're behind a series of armed robberies.
Police attempted to stop a car Thursday night after a traffic violation, but the driver sped off. The chase ended when the car crashed just feet from a home in a front yard near 47th and Landis in City Heights. Police say the car was stolen and officers recovered a shotgun from the front seat.
The three people inside, two women and a man, were arrested and detectives are now working to figure out if they were involved in four armed robberies at convenience stores this week that all involved suspects with a shotgun.
