Ready for Rain? Two Storms to Move Into San Diego County This Week

Two storms are heading towards San Diego County.

The first pacific storm of the winter season is expected to move into the area Wednesday night with the brunt of it expected on Thursday according to National Weather Service Meteorologist Alex Tardy.

The rainfall from the storm will range from an inch near the coast to up to 4 inches in the mountains according to Tardy. The storm is also expected to bring gusty winds from the coast to the desert.

A second storm arrives Saturday continuing into Sunday morning with snow levels dropping to about 45-hundred feet by the weekend. Tardy says both storms also will bring gusty winds from the coast to the deserts.
