A woman is developing a way to determine if she is fertile, and it would involve a tampon.
Harvard grad Ridhi Tariyal got a grant from Harvard Business School and wanted to develop a home testing kit.
Her company is called NextGenJane.com
Her idea is for the custom made tampon to be worn by a woman for about two hours before being placed inside a provided test tube and sent to lab techs for analysis
It could not only show fertility, but signs of endometriosis.
The developer also sees the future of testing for sexually transmitted diseases.
