THE Two pilots flying an Etihad A380 pulled off a SPECTACULAR crosswind landing at Heathrow airport, as Storm Dennis slammed the UK. Extraordinary footage captured the exceptional piloting that led to a successful touchdown of the world’s largest passenger plane. Winds of up to 100 mph were recorded at the airport, after severe weather warnings were issued across the UK and Ireland.
There were other incredible landings...and those pilots who made a decision NOT to land. Amazing footage. The UK got hit by two strong storms in quick succession.
