A Miami man is charged with sexual battery, accused of running up behind a Walmart shopper and ripped her clothes off before trying to rape her.
The attacker, who police say is Bredan Harvey, 28, of Miami Gardens, was stopped by other Wal Mart shoppers, and held him for police.
