Would You Be More Likely To Take a Job If It Had This Perk?

A majority of San Diego workers surveyed by global staffing firm Robert Half said they’d be more likely to accept a job if it included this perk.

For local companies battling for talent in today’s tight job market, telecommuting options might be the key to enticing and also retaining top San Diego professionals. However, just over half of San Diego workers admit there are downsides to telecommuting. While they like the freedom of working at home, some say the feeling of isolation from their team and possibility people abusing the benefit are the most common negatives to telecommuting. Cindy Karapogosian is the District President for Robert Half in San Diego and she discusses the pros and cons of working at home.
