San Diego Councilmember Chris Ward is looking to allow more homes in all residential areas to be short term rentals. Critics say the plan is a disaster in the long term. Tom Coat of “Save San Diego Neighborhoods” tells Carl De Maio that the city proposal would be an invitation for investors to buy up family homes that are already in short supply.
