The former Qualcomm stadium gets another proposal. Fred Pierce of Friends of SDSU tells Carl DeMaio that a ballot initiative is in the works to put the stadium and its property in the “hands of higher education”.
Pierce says the public will be more involved in the development process rather than the current Soccer City proposal of “take it or leave it”.
